The deal, in plain words.

Crewpage is an assumed name of JaROI LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"). These terms cover the website plan you ("you") buy from us.

What you pay

• $497 when you claim your site. This covers finishing the site and your first month.
• Then $39 a month for hosting and updates, starting one month after you claim. Billed automatically to the card you paid with.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What you get

• We finish your site with your logo, photos and corrections, and put it live within 3 business days of getting your details.
• Hosting, security certificate (the padlock in the browser) and a .com domain in your business name while you're on the plan. The domain is registered to you. Premium domains that cost more than a standard .com aren't included, but we can help you get one at cost.
• Small updates whenever you need them: text, photos, hours, prices, services. We usually handle these within 2 business days. Bigger changes, like new pages, we'll quote before doing any work.

Refunds

• If you're not happy with your finished site, tell us within 14 days after it goes live and we'll refund the $497 in full.
• Monthly payments aren't refunded for partial months.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time by emailing hello@getcrewpage.com. No fees, no contract.
• Your site stays up until the end of the month you've paid for, then comes down.
• Your domain is yours. We'll help you move it, and on request we'll send you a copy of your site files.

Your content

• Your business name, logo, photos and text stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to build and run your site.
• You're responsible for making sure what you send us is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
• We only publish real information. We don't write fake reviews or make claims about your business that you haven't confirmed.

Your information

• We use your contact details only to build your site, run your plan and reach you about it. We don't sell or share them, except with the services we use to run your plan (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider).

The fine print

• We work hard to keep your site online, but we can't promise it will never go down. If it does, we'll fix it as fast as we can.
• Our total responsibility to you for anything related to your plan is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
• We can decline or end a plan (with a refund of any unused time) if a site would be used for anything illegal or misleading.
• If we change these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
• These terms are governed by Texas law.
